All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase using approved payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier, and other external factors. We are not responsible for delays once an item is in transit.

5. Returns and Exchanges

PGUSA Gear does not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. See our full Return Policy for more.

6. Warranty

PGUSA Gear products are backed by a Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications. See our full Warranty Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, text, logos, and product names—is the property of PGUSA Gear and protected by intellectual property laws. Use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

What the Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers:

Defects in materials (including Cordura® fabric, YKK® zippers, Duraflex® buckles)

Workmanship issues under normal use

Stitching failure, hardware breakage, or functional damage resulting from manufacturing defects

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, abuse, or improper care

Damage caused by unauthorized modifications

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Loss, theft, or accidental damage

Damage caused by extreme conditions (e.g., fire, flood, chemical exposure)

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

Contact info@pgusagear.com with your original order number and photos of the issue.

A member of our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or offer a comparable item at our discretion.

Additional Notes:

Customers are responsible for shipping items to PGUSA Gear for inspection or repair.

Replacements may be subject to product availability.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
